A Trade Stone is a personalized crystal trophy engraved with your prop firm certificate. It’s a physical way to celebrate your success as a funded trader and display your achievement with pride.

📄 Which prop firm certificates do you accept?
We accept certificates from all major prop firms, including FTMO, MyForexFunds, True Forex Funds, The5ers, and more. As long as your certificate includes your name and funded status, we can engrave it.

🔍 How does the verification process work?
To protect the integrity of our product, we require a short screen recording of your prop firm dashboard showing your funded status. This ensures every Trade Stone represents a real, hard-earned achievement.

🛠️ How long does production take?
Once your certificate is verified, your Trade Stone is engraved within 1-2 business days.

📦 What are the shipping times?

  • Europe: 1–5 business days

  • USA: 7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

🔐 What is Priority Insured Shipping?
It’s a faster delivery option that includes full insurance, tracking, and priority handling — perfect for protecting your milestone in transit.

📬 Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. As soon as your Trade Stone is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

❌ Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since each Trade Stone is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage.
